Return Policy

By purchasing from SportsBrakeRotors.com, you herby agree to the following merchandise return and exchange policies:

Return Procedure:

 Obtain RMA # & Instructions -> Return Merchandise -> Merchandise is Received and Approved -> Credit is issued within 3-5 business days

Before any return can be made, a customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. One of our representatives will provide you with a precise return address where the product will be returned as well as detailed instructions on how to do so.

Request your RMA form by: filling up our Contact From which can be found on our Contact page, or chat with one of our friendly live chat representatives. After your merchandise has been received and approved by our warehouse, a credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Important note: RMA numbers can only be obtained by either one of the two methods mentioned above.
 
 

Exchange Procedure:

You may chose one of the following 2 options (at your discretion) when exchanging a products or order (option 2 is the quickest option):

Option 1 – Follow our standard return procedures and specify in the contact form that you would like to exchange your order for a new one (ordered wrong parts, received wrong parts, etc.). Upon receipt of the product, we will ship out your desired product. In the event that a difference in price exists, the customer will be charged/credited accordingly upon his agreement and acknowledgement. This option is longer because new order will not ship until we receive the original order.

Option 2 – Order the new parts you wish you receive by using our online store or by calling our customer service. While placing your order, request an RMA number and follow the standard return procedures. Upon receipt of the wrong/defecting product(s), we will issue a credit for the original order. 
This option is quicker because we will ship out new order before we receive the original one.

Conditions: 
 


  1. All products must be in the original packaging and original condition.

  2. A 20% restocking/warehousing fee will be charged on all returned orders.

  3. Initial shipping charges we incurred to ship you your order are non-refundable.

  4. All products returned must have a valid RMA number provided to you by our customer service department within 30 days of your purchase date.

  5. Partially or fully installed products are non-returnable with the only exception of warranty claims.
 


I got the wrong parts, how do I proceed?

If a product needs to be returned because of a mistake on our part, we will exchange it or accept a return free of any charge. 

Incomplete, Damaged, Broken & Defective Parts:

If your order is incomplete, damaged, or if your order is defective, please get in touch with our customer service and explain the situation immediately, please do not install the parts! A brand new product will be shipped out to you along with prepaid return label to send back the original product. 

Warranty Claims:

We guarantee 100% exact fitment based on the vehicle specifications you provide at order confirmation. If for any reason your products do not fit, we will happily replace it free of charge. All products come with a 100-day warranty against warping and cracking from the date the buyer receives the product.

Cancelling Your Order:

We usually ship out every order within 24 business hours. If you want to cancel your order, it must be done within that same 24-hour time frame. Once your order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return your order thereafter you will be subject to 20% restocking fee and initial shipping charges will not be credited. Even though we offer free shipping, we unfortunately cannot refund the initial cost of sending the order out to you. Please consult out shipping policy for more details.

Refunds & Credits:

Once your return of product has been approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Initial shipping fees as well as a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers must a give a period of 3 to 5 days before your account is credited. A receipt will be sent to you via email. 
We do not take any responsibility and our guarantee does not cover any damage that is done during the installation of the product or from which results of reckless and or inappropriate driving.
